Louise has specialised in areas of Investigative Interviewing, Safeguarding Adults and Safeguarding Children, Drink spiking and Drug rape, Achieving Best Evidence DVD Interviewing, conducting disciplinary and criminal investigations, to name but a few, both as a practitioner and trainer for over 16 years. Louise is a nationally recognised trainer and has received national accolades for the programmes she has designed and delivered, included in this is the National Training Award, the highest accolade given to an organisation.  Her audiences have included police, social services, health, education, public and private sector, charity organisations and international airline staff.

Louise has trained staff working for Emirates Airline and traveled to the Middle East to deliver extensive in depth and sensitive training which resulted in her receiving excellent feedback from all participants and a satellite training and Employee Assistance Programme being formed. Louise travels extensively around the UK and has also travelled to Cyprus, Germany, Falkland Islands, Dubai, Abu Dabi to deliver training.

Louise's client list is extensive and all the programmes delivered to organisations are unique and tailored specifically to their needs. This has resulted in excellent feedback being received from all courses that have been designed and delivered.
